Tahiti Pearls

Tahitian pearls are primarily cultured in the warm waters of French Polynesia, around the islands of Tahiti. The Pinctada margaritiferid, or black-lipped oyster, is the species responsible for producing these pearls. Tahitian pearls are highly valued in the world of fine jewellery due to their rarity, unique colours, and larger size. The peacock and green hues, in particular, are highly sought after.
